 1.     What is the Referral Program?
With the OzForex Refer-a-Friend Program, you can earn a $50 iTunes Gift Voucher for every friend who you refer who joins OzForex and completes a money transfer. 

2.     How does the Referral Program work?
First, click on this link and hit the 'Start referring' button.
Then fill in your first name, last name, and email address.  Then you can start referring friends, by sending a referral email or posting a referral on Facebook or Twitter.  When you register, you are assigned a share link, which allows us to track all of your referrals.  If a friend clicks on your link and completes a money transfer, you earn a reward*.
 
3.      How many people can I refer?
You can refer an unlimited number of friends, and we encourage our customers to share with as many friends as they can. 
 
5.      Once I earn a referral, when will I receive my reward?
Your friend must complete a money transfer before you can earn your reward*.  Once you earn your reward, please allow two weeks for the reward to be sent. Once your friend completes a transfer you’ll receive your $50 iTunes Gift Voucher via email. Please allow two weeks for the reward to be sent and make sure to check your spam folder.
 
6.      What if I referred my friend, he or she completes a transfer, but I never got a reward?
No problem – please send an email to marketing@ozforex.com.au with the email address you used to register for the program.  In this email, please send us the email address of your friend, and we’ll look for his or her transfer number in our system. 
 
7.      How do I unsubscribe to your email list?
Each e-mail we send should contain an unsubscribe link, or you can unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to support@extole.com and include the e-mail address you would like unsubscribed.  Note: The only reason you would receive e-mail from us if you haven't registered is because someone you know thought you might like this opportunity. We do not sell e-mail addresses and we do not send spam.
 
8.      If I have an issue, who should I contact?
No problem – please send an email to marketing@ozforex.com.au with the email address you used to register for the program.  In this email, please detail your issue and if possible send us a screenshot.
 
9.      Are there any special restrictions or rules for the program?
This program has a simple set of rules to ensure that users are referring their friends, and not spamming large lists or referring themselves.  The rules are:

    • Users may earn one (1) reward for each valid referral*
    • Referrals must not be existing customers of OzForex
    • Users may not submit multiple e-mail addresses and/or multiple credit card numbers to set up accounts in an attempt to earn a reward or an additional reward.
    • Users may not participate in a Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
    • Users may not use Spam to obtain referrals. Users may not acquire referrals through unsolicited e-mail to persons unknown to them, or through use net or message board postings, where the postings are unrelated to the topic of discussion or otherwise violate the terms of the site.
    • OzForex does not guarantee delivery time on any rewards earned, nor does it guarantee receipt of any rewards.

* To qualify for a reward, the Referee must satisfy each of the following criteria:
A.   Register as a customer of the Company via  the www.ozforex.com.au website;
successfully use the OzForex.com.au website to transfer money in a manner that is compliant with the OzForex user agreement found here.
and
B.   Referee's OzForex money transfer transaction must  not be cancelled (either by Referee or by OzForex).

10.  Who can refer customers to OzForex?
Any person can refer customers to us via the online process however you do need to have a registered OzForex account. All you need to do is go to the Refer a Friend page, sign up and start referring.

11.  Can I sign up for the referral program by phone or email?
No, you can only sign up online via the Refer a Friend page.

12.  I have been referred to you by my friend and want to book a deal on the phone. Will that count towards my reward?
No, only when you book a deal online will this count towards your rewards.

13.  Does the friend I refer have to deal within a certain time frame?
No, there is no time restriction.
 
14.  Does the friend I refer have to send a minimum amount for me to earn the reward?
The same amounts apply than for any other valid transaction with OzForex. Check this page for amounts and currencies.
 
15.  Can I exchange my $50 iTunes Gift Voucher for free deals?
No, the voucher cannot be exchanged.

16.  Can I exchange my $50 iTunes Gift Voucher to the equivalent value in another currency?
No, the voucher cannot be exchanged. 

17.  Do both the referrer and the referee receive an iTunes voucher?
Yes, if the referee makes a valid transaction.
 
19.  If I’ve referred my friend but they haven’t followed the link or entered the specific code, will it still show that I have sent them through?
If your friend did not follow your referral link when they made their first transfer, your referral will not be tracked properly.  However, if your friend DOES follow your link, then you'll absolutely get rewarded!
 
20.  Can I register for my friend or do they have to register themselves?
No you cannot register for another person.

21. Do I get a reward if I refer someone to apply for your Travel Card?
No, the reward is only for referrals to our money transfer service.
